The Wheels Class Pass Program is part of our outreach program that assists school groups traveling to and from a variety of fun and interesting places in the Tri-Valley.

What is a Class Pass?

Class Pass is a unique program that provides free transportation for local students on regularly scheduled Wheels buses. You can request two Class Passes each school year.

Are there any restrictions?

Yes.  The following must apply to your trip:

• The group must use regularly scheduled Wheels fixed route buses at designated bus stops. (Does not include the DART Service.)
• The trip must be taken Monday through Friday, between 9 AM and 2 PM.
• Maximum people allowed per Pass is 30.  (If there are more then 30, you will need to split your people into 2 separate groups, which will depart at different times, differing in time as much as one hour.)

How do I get my Class Pass?

At least two weeks before your trip, use one of the two links below to request your Pass:

The form may also be mailed to the Wheels Customer Service Coordinator, 1362 Rutan Court, Suite 100, Livermore, CA  94551.  Call (925) 455-7500 for additional information.

Once we have your request, we will plan your trip and mail you the Class Pass along with a Route Map & Schedule and helpful tips to ensure a fun and safe ride!
