Whether your employees commute from outside the Tri-Valley or within, they have a myriad of public transit choices at their disposal -- including BART, Altamont Commuter Express, County Connection, Black Tie Transportation and others.  Once they arrive within the Tri-Valley, there's a Wheels bus or shuttle that can deliver them within steps of your business.

Providing the link between transit systems is where the Wheels Business Club Pass program comes in.  Not only does it offer discounted bus passes, but it helps your employees find the fastest, most direct routes to their jobs.

Think of it as Commute Central.  Or simply as a new employee benefit that makes their commuting lives easier.

Sometimes getting to work is half the job. That's why we've made our Business Pass program simple - for both you and your employees.

The Wheels Business Pass program lets you provide pre-purchased bus passes for your employees, as well as personalized commute information.  Just contact a Wheels representative at (925) 455-7555, and we'll help you tailor a program that meets your needs and budget.

We'll work with your employees individually to plan their most direct routes from home to work. We'll even visit your work site to consult with them in person.

Tri-Valley's efficient transit service.

Public transit in the Tri-Valley has never been more efficient.  Our network of more than 22 bus routes and shuttles covers over 5,069 miles each weekday, linking residential neigbourhoods with employment centres for fast and convenient commuting.

It's affordable.

Only pay for the rides actually taken

Rides taken with Wheels Business Club Passes are heavily discounted -- a savings at least 30 percent off regular fares.

Wheels drivers electronically log riders using your company's pass each time they board. So, although you can provide as many passes to as many employees as you wish, you'll only pay for the services actually used. Monthly statements are available. ($500 per month minimum for Business Club Pass Program.)

Tax benefits

Ask your tax consultant about the program's tax benefits under the new Commuter Choice Program (PL105-178) of the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century.
