    The RTC Discount Card is available to qualified persons with disabilities and senior citizens 65 years of age or older.  The card makes it easier for you to demonstrate your eligibility for reduced fares on fixed-route transit, bus, rail and ferry systems throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

    Here's where you can find the closest bus pass retail outlet.

  • Wheels Class Pass
    This popular program allows teachers within the Tri-Valley area the opportunity to take their students on field trips, traveling on a Wheels regularly scheduled fixed route bus for free.
