Monthly Passes

Type Eligibility Ticket Information Requirements
East Bay Value Pass Everyone Sold as a single punch pass. Valid on all Wheels, WestCat, Tri Delta Transit and the County Connection regular service. Valid for unlimited rides on regular service for the month and year punched. No need to carry cash. Pass must have correct month and year punched to be valid. Pass with more than one month/year punched will not be accepted by the driver. Not valid on Dial-A-Ride paratransit service, Delta Express, Lynx, and Cal Express.
Senior Discount Monthly Pass Age 65+ Sold as a monthly punch pass. Valid for unlimited rides on regular service for the month and year punched. No need to carry cash. Driver may request a photo ID or Medicare Card. Passes with more than one month/year punched will not be accepted by the driver. Not valid on Dial-A-Ride paratransit service.
Disabled Discount Monthly Pass Valid Regional Transit Connection (RTC) Discount Card, Medicare card, DMV parking placard receipt, or Wheels ADA paratransit Card. Sold as a monthly punch pass. Valid for unlimited rides on regular service for the month and year punched. No need to carry cash. Rider must show a valid RTC or Medicare Card upon boarding. Pass must have correct month and year punched to be valid. Pass with more than one month/year punched will not be accepted by the driver. Not valid on Dial-A-Ride paratransit service.

Transit Pass Programs

Hacienda ECO Pass This pass may only be used by authorized Hacienda employees and residents participating in the ECO Pass program. For more information contact the Hacienda Transportation Hotline at (925) 734-6551. Issued as an annual flash pass. Valid for unlimited rides on Wheels and Rapid regular service. Pass holders may be required to present a photo ID to verify proper usage. Wheels reserves the right to revoke this pass at any time due to misuse.
Student Transit Pass Program (STPP) Free student transit pass is available to all students attending Livermore Valley Joint Unified Schools District middle and high schools. The pass is also available to middle and high school students who qualify for free and reduced meals programs in the Pleasanton Unified School District and the Dublin Unified School District. Issued as a Clipper Card. Valid for unlimited rides on Wheels and Rapid regular service. Contact the appropriate school for more information or visit: Student Transit Pass Program Pass holders may be required to present their student ID card upon boarding the bus.
