Route 52 Fair Shuttle Service Starts Friday June 17

It’s that time of year again! The Alameda County Fair returns starting Friday June 17 and runs through July 10th. Again this year, Wheels will be providing dedicated hourly shuttle service between the Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station and the Alameda County Fairgrounds on Route 52. The first bus leaves the Pleasanton side of the Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station at 10:23 am and the last bus leaves the Fairgrounds at 11:18 pm.

The shuttle operates only on days the Fair is open. Note that on July 4 the Fair gates will close at 4pm and the Fair will close at 8pm and the Route 52 will not operate after 9pm. There will be no fireworks on July 4. There will be fireworks on Friday July 1.

Alternate access to the Alameda County Fair is available on Routes 8 and 10R and with our Go Tri-Valley program, which offers a 50% discount on Uber and Lyft trips that begin and end in Pleasanton, Livermore, and Dublin. Get details by clicking here.

Regular Wheels fares apply to this service, including free transfers from other Wheels routes and a 50% discount when transferring from BART. Both offers only available when using Clipper for fare payment.
