4. Minutes of the June 23, 2026 Meeting of the Finance and Administration Committee
   Recommendation: Approval
5. Preliminary Treasurer’s Report for June 2026
   Recommendation: Staff recommend that the Finance and Administration
   Committee forward the Preliminary June 2026 Treasurer’s Report to the Board of Directors
   for approval.
6. Treasurer’s Report for July 2026
   Recommendation: Staff recommend that the Finance and Administration
   Committee forward the July 2026 Treasurer’s Report to the Board of Directors for approval.
7. Award of Contract for New Streetlights on Railroad Avenue, IFB No. 2026-01
   Recommendation: Staff recommend that the Finance and Administration Committee refer
   Resolution 37-2026 to the Board of Directors for approval, authorizing the Executive Director
   to execute a contract with Mike Brown Electric Co. for the New Streetlights on Railroad
   Avenue project, IFB No. 2026-01, in the amount of $98,085.00, plus a 10% contingency, for
   a total not-to-exceed amount of $107,894.00.
8. Approval of LAVTA Lost and Found Policy
   Recommendation: Staff recommend that the Finance and Administration Committee refer
   Resolution 38-2026 and the new Lost and Found policy to the Board of Directors for approval.
9. Consolidated Existing Fares, Policies and Programs
   Recommendation: Staff recommend the Finance and Administration Committee forward
   Resolution 40-2026 to the Board of Directors for approval, consolidating LAVTA’s existing
   fixed route and paratransit fares, policies, and programs into one resolution.
