4. Minutes of the March 24, 2026 Meeting of the Finance and Administration Committee 
   Recommendation: Approval
5. Treasurer’s Report for February 2026
   Recommendation: Staff recommend that the Finance and Administration Committee forward the March 2026 Treasurer’s Report to the Board of Directors for approval.
6. FY 2025 Audit of LAVTA’s Financial Statements
   Recommendation: This is an information item for review and discussion
7. Draft FY2027 Operating and Capital Budget
   Recommendation: Staff requests that the Finance and Administration Committee forward the Draft FY2027 Operating and Capital Budget and Resolution 11-2026 to the Board for approval.
