Recommendation: Approval - Treasurer’s Report for April 2026
Recommendation: Staff recommend that the Finance and Administration Committee forward the April 2026 Treasurer’s Report to the Board of Directors for approval. - Approval of Purchase of Eight (8) Genfare Fareboxes
Recommendation: Staff recommend that the Finance and Administration Committee recommend the Board approve Resolution 19-2026, authorizing the Executive Director to execute a purchase order for eight (8) Genfare FastFare fareboxes and associated equipment for the upcoming 2027 bus build for $163,735.39 plus a 10% contingency, for a total not‑to‑exceed amount of $180,108.93. - Award of Landscape Maintenance Services Agreement with Bright View Landscape Services, Inc.
Recommendation: Staff recommend that the Finance and Administration Committee refer Resolution 18-2026 to the Board of Directors, authorizing the Executive Director to execute a three‑year Agreement for Landscape Maintenance Services with BrightView Landscape Services, Inc., in a form approved by legal counsel, for a not‑to‑exceed amount of $299,199.48, with authority to exercise up to two (2) one‑year option terms and a total contract value not to exceed $518,416.20. - Resolution Accepting the Interstate 580 Net Toll Revenue Funds from Alameda County Transportation Commission for Emergency Transit Operations for Fiscal Years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028
Recommendation: Staff request that the Finance and Administration Committee refer Resolution 20-2026 to the Board of Directors for approval, authorizing the Executive Director to execute a funding agreement with the Alameda County Transportation Commission accepting $4,000,000 in Interstate 580 Net Toll Revenue Funds to support Emergency Transit Operations for Fiscal Years 2026-27 and 2027-28. - Legislative Update
