4. Minutes of the August 25, 2026 Meeting of the Finance and Administration Committee
   Recommendation: Approval
   
5. Treasurer’s Report for August 2026
   Recommendation: Staff recommend that the Finance and Administration Committee forward the August 2026 Treasurer’s Report to the Board of Directors for approval.
   
6. Legislative Update
   Recommendation: None — information only
   
7. Award of an On-Call Project Management and Technical Consulting Services Contract to Accenture LLC for the Atlantis Facility Construction Project
   Recommendation: Staff recommend the Finance and Administration Committee refer Resolution 42-2026 to the Board of Directors for approval, authorizing the Executive Director execute a two year Agreement for On-Call Project Management and Technical Consulting Services for the Atlantis Facility Construction Project with Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC, in a form approved by Legal Counsel, with authority to exercise up to three (3) one year option terms.
